Deposit and Contract Information

A dog (puppy) deposit contract is a document that outlines a transaction between the owner of a dog and a prospective buyer. A deposit establishes a temporary agreement between the buyer and seller; the buyer pays deposit in the form of PayPal or cash to show that they are serious about buying the dog, and the seller agrees not to sell the dog to someone else while the potential buyer comes up with the rest of the money.

The seller will only hold the dog for a certain number (#) of days before putting the dog back up for sale, which will be expressed on the deposit contract.

Edwards Elite Kennels requires a non refundable deposit of $200.00 to hold the puppy until the required pickup date. At time of pickup the remaining balance will be due before puppy can leave the property. No exceptions will be made.

With your deposit you will receive a weekly update and picture of your puppy. We are also in the process of installing a live camera as soon as we get it online you will be able to view your puppy day to day and watch it grow. This live camera will be password protected. Without deposit being placed you will not be able to view.
